Pasta Salad


Boil - 1 Bag of Organic Brown Rice Pasta according to package

Cut 1 bunch of scallions
1 can of Organic Black Beans
1 can of Organic Kidney Beans
1 cup of pine nuts - toast in oven until browned
1 can of black olives - cut
1 small jar of organic capers with juice from caper jar
1 jar of Boscoli - Italian Olive Salad
2-3 fresh lemons - squeezed
dry mint
sea salt

Drain Pasta - add all the ingredients listed above and mix. Refrigerate and serve.
