Refreshing Tabouli

In a bowl add the following ingredients:

Parsley
Tomatoes
Bulgur
Scallions
Lemon
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper

Mix together and Enjoy!!!!!

Cook Quinoa according to package

Once Quinoa has cooled down, add the following ingredients:

Cilantro
Scallions
Sliced Raw Almonds
Capers
Celery
Lemon
Sea Salt
Mint

Cook Quinoa

Stewed Tomatoes
Water
Garlic
Sea Salt
Pepper
Cilantro
Scallions
Garbanzo Beans
Potatoes (cooked)

Cook until warm and serve over Quinoa

Green Beans
Carrots
Garbanzo Beans
Black Beans
Kidney Beans
Green Peppers
Cilantro
Parsley
Scallions
Dressing:
Fresh lemon
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Garlic
Cayenne Pepper
Sea Salt
Mix all together and serve!!!!
