Garlic Mashed Potatoes


In a pot of boiling water add peeled and cut potatoes. Boil and cook until potatoes are soft.

Strain water.

In a mixing bowl add the potatoes and mash them. Add butter, milk, sea salt and garlic powder.

Mix well and serve!

Yummy Broccoli


In a pot add the following:
Vegetable Broth
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Organic Broccoli
Cook until Broccoli is tender. Strain the broth and serve.

My Son's Favorite Lunch


Cook Organic Brown Rice Pasta according to package.
Strain. Add Earth Balance Organic Buttery Spread, Sea Salt, and garlic.
To make the broccoli, use another pot add the following:
Vegetable broth, sea salt, garlic, pepper and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is tender.
Enjoy and serve!

Ooohh LaLa Pear Dessert


Cut an organic pear in half.
Take out core.
Sprinkle cinnamon.
Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle raw nuts, raw honey, and coconut.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!

Cook Brown Rice Pasta according to package.
In a separate pot, add Cold Pressed Organic Olive Oil and Garlic and saute.
Then add Pine nuts (browned)
Black Olives
Red Pepper Chile Flakes
Sea Salt
Add to Brown Rice Pasta and serve.

SPROUT - NUT - LENTIL PATTIES BRAGG LIVE FOOD PRODUCTS: "SPROUT — NUT — LENTIL PATTIES

3 cups lentil sprouts
2 cups cel­ery, mince
2 cups fresh cut corn
1 cup yel­low pea sprouts
3 green onions, mince
1 tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
2 car­rots, slice (as gar­nish)
shake of Bragg Sprin­kle
1 cup raw almond or creamy peanut butter

Put sprouts, corn, cel­ery and onions in food grinder. Add almond or peanut but­ter, Liq­uid Aminos and Sprin­kle. Mix well. Form into pat­ties, gar­nish with car­rot slices. Serves 4–6."

Pinto Beans
Cilantro
Scallions
Jalepenos
Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Cook until warm, and serve.

Almost Raw Falafel


In Food Processor:
Add Raw Almonds and blend until fine.
Then add the following and blend:
Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Cilantro
Scallions
Tahini
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Garlic cloves
Cayenne Pepper
Sea Salt
Parsley
Form into balls, and place in oven at 350 degrees until lightly brown or a bit firm. If you have a dehydrator you can use that instead of the oven...
Serve with homemade Hummous and Enjoy!!!!

Once steamed, add Earth Balance buttery spread, dill, sea salt and serve.

Dates
Sunflower Seeds
Raw Honey
Flaxseeds
Shape into balls or squares and refrigerate. Yummy sweet dessert and protein!!!!
