Raw Walnuts Chopped

Easy Green Smoothie

In Blender add the following:

Frozen Organic Strawberries
Frozen Organic Bananas
Frozen Organic Spinach
Flaxseeds
Udos Oil 3-6-9
Water

Blend and serve

You can use fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables.

Blend and serve

If you use frozen fruit there is no need for ice. Otherwise if you have fresh fruit add ice before blending.

Yummy Kale


This picture doesn't do justice to the dish.... but it will have to do for now....
In pot add:
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Organic Onions diced
Fresh Organic Garlic
Saute until garlic and onions are golden brown.
Then add chopped Kale, Braggs Liquid Aminos, Sea Salt, and Pepper.
Let it cook for a few minutes to soak up all the flavors, and serve!!!!!!

Cabbage Salad - My Favorite!!!!


Chop some Organic red and white cabbage and put in a bowl.

In a separate bowl mix:
Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Freshly squeezed Lemon juice
Fresh Garlic - the more the better for this recipe ( I use 3 cloves)
Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper
Dried Mint

Pour Dressing over Cabbage and mix.

This salad should have a little zing to it, depending how much cayenne pepper and garlic you used.
