Vegetable Salad


Cook Couscous according to package

Then add the following ingredients in a bowl:

Green Beans
Black Olives
Kidney Beans
Green Peppers
Cilantro
Parsley
Scallions
Couscous (cooked)
Black Beans
Almond Slices
Pine Nuts (toasted)

Add the following to make the dressing:
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Fresh Lemon
Cayenne Pepper
Sea Salt
Mint

Mix all together and Serve

*Use Organic Ingredients if Available
