Vegetable Chili


In a pot saute garlic and onions, and add a little of the vegetable broth. Stir in tomato paste.

Then add:

Chili Beans
Potatoes - Peeled and Cubed
Tomatoes - Chopped
Tomato Paste
Red Bell Pepper
Vegetable Broth
Cilantro
Carrots
Chili Pepper Flakes
Sea Salt
Pepper

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for about 15minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Serve and enjoy!!!!

  1. Have you tried Himalayan Sea Salt? I really like it...especially with Chocolate:p.
