Lentil Brown Rice and Veggie Patties


In Rice Cooker add the following:

Vegetable Broth
Brown Rice
Lentils
Tomatoes
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Cilantro

Cook according to Rice Cooker.


Veggie Patties:
Garbanzo Beans
Kidney Beans
Sunflower Seeds
Tahini
Cilantro
Scallions
Sea Salt
Pepper
Fresh Garlic
Blend in Vitamix until smooth

Shape into patties and place in oven at 350 degrees for approx 20 min.

Eat with Rice or enjoy with small whole wheat pita bread (like my son did in the picture above...)
