Delicious Potato and Bean Dish
Cook Quinoa
In a pot add the following ingredients:
Stewed Tomatoes
Water
Garlic
Sea Salt
Pepper
Cilantro
Scallions
Garbanzo Beans
Potatoes (cooked)
Cook until warm and serve over Quinoa
*Use Organic Ingredients if Available
