Garlic Mashed Potatoes
In a pot of boiling water add peeled and cut
potatoes
. Boil and cook until potatoes are soft.
Strain water.
In a mixing bowl add the potatoes and mash them. Add butter, milk, sea salt and garlic powder.
Mix well and serve!
Yummy Broccoli
In a pot add the following:
Vegetable Broth
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Organic Broccoli
Cook until Broccoli is tender. Strain the broth and serve.

Steam Carrots and Green Beans
Once steamed, add Earth Balance buttery spread, dill, sea salt and serve.

Yummy Kale
This picture doesn't do justice to the dish.... but it will have to do for now....
In pot add:
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Organic Onions diced
Fresh Organic Garlic
Saute until garlic and onions are golden brown.
Then add chopped Kale, Braggs Liquid Aminos, Sea Salt, and Pepper.
Let it cook for a few minutes to soak up all the flavors, and serve!!!!!!

Oven Potatoes
Wash and cut 6 organic potatoes into small cubes
Place in baking pan
Add:
Green scallions (green onions) - cut
Cilantro - cut
Sea Salt
Garlic fresh or powder
Pepper
Cold Pressed Organic Olive Oil
Mix together and place aluminum foil over pan
Place in oven at 425 degrees for 45 min - mix occasionally
Uncover and let cook until potatoes get crispy
