Super Yummy Quinoa Salad


Cook Quinoa according to package. I use Vegetable broth instead of water.
In a bowl add the following:
Cooked Quinoa
Pinenuts (browned in oven or toaster oven)
Black beans
Cilantro
Scallions
Mint
Kidney Beans
Fresh Squeezed Lemon
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
Mix and Serve
*Use Organic Ingredients if Available

  3. Oh! I have to try this one. Quinoa is a fairly new grain for me, but I've found both my girls love the taste so now I have to add more recipes. I'm going to try this one, Jen. Thanks!
