Mung Bean Salad
In a bowl add the following ingredients:
Black Olives
Cilantro
Mung Beans
Red Cabbage
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Scallions
Green Peppers
The Dressing:
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Fresh Squeezed Lemon
Garlic
Sea Salt
Dried Mint
Cayenne Pepper
Mix the Dressing onto the salad and serve! Enjoy!!!!
