Yum Yum Pesto Pasta


Cook Organic Brown Rice Pasta according to package


- Pesto Sauce -

1 cup cilantro

1 cup pine nuts

1 cup basil

9 -10 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos

6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon

3 cups tomato
(This will make approx. 24 oz. of pesto sauce. You can use some for the pasta and the rest save in a sealed glass container.)

- Place all ingredients except the tomato in the food processor and blend until blended, but still chunky.

- Add tomato and pulse chop a few times until well blended but not soupy.

Add pesto sauce to cooked brown rice pasta, mix, and enjoy.
